Kim Sandoval brings more than 35 years of experience as a successful salon owner, giving her a unique understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by entrepreneurs in the beauty and wellness industry. Her firsthand experience enables her to provide practical guidance to salon owners who are looking to grow, relocate, lease new space, prepare for a business transition, or eventually sell their business.
After several years in residential real estate, Kim expanded her practice into commercial real estate to better serve business owners. As part of REI Business Advisors, she combines commercial real estate expertise with business advisory services, helping entrepreneurs identify locations that support long-term growth while considering the operational and financial impact of each decision
Kim has a particular passion for serving salon owners, barbershops, spas, and other beauty and personal care businesses. She understands that selecting the right location, negotiating favorable lease terms, and preparing a business for future transfer are all critical to building long-term value.
Known for her approachable style and genuine commitment to helping others succeed, Kim works to build trusted relationships with each client while providing thoughtful guidance throughout every stage of their business journey.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband Sergio, to whom she has been married for more than 30 years, their four children, and four grandchildren. She also enjoys gardening and visiting local wineries with family and friends.
