His career has spanned the commercial markets of Chicago, California, and St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, providing him with a broad perspective on how real estate, capital, and business operations work together to create long-term value.
Before entering business brokerage, Ayo built his career helping clients finance, develop, and acquire commercial properties. His background in construction enables him to evaluate facilities from both an operational and investment perspective, while his experience in commercial lending and brokerage allows him to identify financing strategies that support successful transactions.
As an Independent Advisor with REI Business Advisors, Ayo works with business owners, buyers, investors, attorneys, lenders, and other professional advisors to facilitate well-structured business transitions.
